Shift Ease: technical specifications

Shift Ease is available in 32-tablet strip packet and is packed in premises inspected by a regulatory authority to ensure the premises meet the standard grade of hygiene, class one.

Each 340mg tablet contains seven vitamins and two minerals helpful in keeping the body healthy when working night shifts.

Dosage

Take one Shift Ease tablet every four hours while working night shifts to ensure that your body has sufficient vitamin and mineral intake during night shifts.

Warnings and precautions

Shift Ease can be used by all night shift workers. If a user already suffers from a major medical problem, normal caution should be exercised when working night shifts. If after working a night shift the worker remains unwell, professional help should be sought. Shift Ease does not help the effects of existing medical disorders, or the effects of lack of food or general tiredness.

Interactions

Shift Ease may be taken with any other medication. Like other vitamin and mineral supplements it is most effective when taken separately from food and drink.

Adverse effects

Using naturally occurring substances there is little possibility of adverse effects.

Overdosage

Should a client take more Shift Ease than recommended, no harmful side effects should be expected, owing to the fact that Shift Ease only contains naturally occurring vitamins.
